Crowdbase Refund Policy
Thank you for your investment. We hope you are happy with your decision. However, if you have changed your mind regarding your investment for any reason, you may request a cancellation of your commitment to the crowdfunding campaign before its completion and within the time frame explained below. Please see below for more information on our refund policy.
All refunds must be requested within fourteen (14) days of the transmission of the investment order and before the expiry of the crowdfunding campaign. If more than fourteen (14) days of the transmission of the investment order have passed, or if the campaign has expired, you will not be able to request a refund on your investment.
To refund or cancel your investment in an ongoing crowdfunding campaign, please visit the Transactions tab in your Account overview, and click 'Refund' next to the campaign in question. Alternatively, please email customer service at [email protected], or contact us via the platform's dedicated chat service.
Please note, if you request to withdraw any funds that have not been successfully invested in a crowdfunding campaign, you’re liable for any transaction fees that have occurred during the deposit, investment and withdrawal process.
After we receive your cancellation/refund request, the team will process your request and determine whether you are eligible for a cancellation/refund. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your refund. Refunds may take 1 - 2 billing cycles to appear on your card statement, depending on your card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be refunded: Investments in successful crowdfunding campaigns. Please note, customers will bear all payment processing and transaction costs on any funds paid into the website but not successfully invested.
