Delivered €1.2M revenue in 2024, achieving 100% YoY growth since 2020 and on track to reach profitability by the end of 2026.
Reflect Festival attendance grew from 500 in 2018 to 10,000+ in 2025, and Doers Summit launched in Athens with 2,500+ visitors.
Our hybrid model pairs flagship events with Doers United, an AI-powered subscription community launching in July, creating dual revenue streams and recurring income.
The global professional events and networking market already exceeds €325B and is projected to surpass €1 T by 2032.
More than 90% of sponsors renew annually, and our founding team has delivered multiple exits and built major ventures bridging Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
At The Doers Company, we have seen how one connection can change everything. Networking is not a moment, it is a lifelong activity.
At our events, we have witnessed co-founders meeting for the first time, investors discovering breakthrough ideas, and founders landing customers, partners and talent.

But we also saw missed opportunities. People who should have met, never did.
Networking still relies too much on luck.
That is the gap The Doers Company was created to fill.
Building meaningful professional connections remains inefficient, fragmented and costly.
Entrepreneurs, investors and operators spend significant time and resources trying to find relevant people, opportunities and events.
Most networking today is either too broad, like mass platforms, or too exclusive, shutting out emerging founders.
Even successful events create only temporary engagement, with no infrastructure to keep relationships alive once the event ends.
Too many valuable relationships fade. Too many potential deals are lost. Too much growth is left unrealised.
The market needs a smarter way to connect ambitious people all year round, not just during a few days at a conference.
That’s why we built Doers United—a global networking platform designed to help founders, investors, and operators connect with precision and purpose.
Today, entrepreneurs, investors, and operators often feel isolated. Finding the right connections, funding opportunities, or even high-quality business events is difficult, time consuming, and expensive.

At the same time, events are often “one-off” moments with no ongoing community to keep the momentum going. Valuable business relationships get lost after the event ends.
The world needs smarter ways to connect ambitious people all year round, not just during a few days at an event.
The Doers Company brings everything under one roof:
Doers United: a tech platform and community that keeps founders, investors, and operators connected year round, powered by in-person experiences and AI. You can check it out here: https://doersunited.com/
Doers Events: curated gatherings such as Doers Summit and Reflect Festival that spark meaningful offline connections.
We connect people year round, not just for a few days.

Together, these two engines keep members engaged online and offline, deepening relationships, unlocking more opportunities and driving better business outcomes.
The Doers Company energises the ecosystem through large annual summits and intimate meetups that connect, inspire and deliver real return on investment for both emerging and seasoned professionals. These events generate revenue from ticket sales, sponsorships and partnerships, and they also feed qualified leads into our tech‑powered community platform, creating a self‑reinforcing growth loop between the online and offline worlds.

Doers United is a membership community: individuals and companies pay a monthly or annual fee for full access to the platform. Members can network, receive curated introductions aligned with their goals, access exclusive content and join private events. It is a personalised, highly curated experience, not another mass social network.
Historically, our community engaged with us only three to four times a year around flagship events. With the new year‑round, tech‑enabled membership model we now interact with members weekly, often daily, which drives higher lifetime value through stronger retention and scalable recurring revenue.
The global professional networking opportunity is massive and accelerating.
The combined professional events and networking app markets already exceed $325B and are forecast to surpass $1T by 2032
Startup ecosystems on every continent are booming, and founders plus investors are actively seeking high quality, curated communities
The Covid 19 pandemic normalised hybrid online and offline interaction, a structural shift that is here to stay

Since 2018 The Doers Company has grown from a single tech event in Limassol into a regional series that now attracts thousands of attendees across Cyprus, mainland Europe and the Middle East. Revenue began with sponsorships and ticket sales and, through these high impact gatherings, we built a community of doers.

We are now extending that community into Doers United, an AI powered membership platform that keeps founders, investors and operators connected year round. This shift turns the flagship Reflect brand into an around‑the‑clock service and introduces recurring income through monthly and annual subscriptions.
Subscription memberships for the Doers United platform and community
Events revenue from ticket sales, sponsorships, partnerships and corporate packages
Recurring membership revenue compounds the success of our events business.
In 2024 events alone generated €1.2 M. Subscriptions will add predictable, high margin income on top of our proven event economics.
More than 90 % of sponsors renew because our audience of decision makers, entrepreneurs and public‑sector leaders delivers measurable return on investment. Current partners include payabl, PayPal, Cyta, Exness, Skroutz, National Bank of Greece, Tik Tok, AWS, Wolt, Social Discover Group, and Nespresso. Pafilia, Imperio, Brainrocket, PwC, Hellenic Bank, Eurobank, Alpha Bank, Invest Cyprus, ASBIS and others joining every month.

We provide our partners with access to a growing global community of doers, strengthening their brand visibility, building trusted relationships and creating long-term value through continuous engagement across both events and the digital platform.
Our first priority is organic growth. We will turn existing community members into our strongest advocates through referrals, incentives and outstanding service, driving word of mouth adoption. In parallel, we are forming partnerships with VC funds, coworking spaces, startup hubs and accelerators to reach curated audiences at scale.
Flagship gatherings such as Reflect Festival and Doers Summit serve as high visibility beacons that draw newcomers and reinforce brand credibility. We will amplify each event through targeted social media, public relations and collaborations with media outlets focused on business, innovation and technology.
The market for professional networking is crowded yet fragmented, and most players sit in one of three lanes. LinkedIn delivers global reach but little meaningful curation, so relationships stay superficial. Exclusive clubs such as YPO and EO cater to founders who already post multi‑million revenue, shutting out earlier‑stage builders. Large event operators—Web Summit, Founders Forum, Techstars Community, Step Conference—excel at either a massive conference, a private salon or a local chapter network, but they do not blend these formats or keep participants connected once the lights go out.

The Doers Company fills the gap. We pair flagship summits with curated micro events, weave every interaction into an AI powered digital platform and open the door to seed‑ and Series A‑stage entrepreneurs. Recurring membership revenue compounds alongside tickets and sponsorships, and our focus on the Europe to MENA corridor addresses a high‑growth bridge market that incumbent brands treat only in passing.
By uniting live and digital touchpoints, providing access that is both curated and inclusive, and anchoring growth in recurring income, The Doers Company stands apart from networks that focus on only a single aspect of the founder journey.
The Doers Company is a hybrid, high-curation, and relationship-first ecosystem. We go beyond simple introductions by forming trusted circles that accelerate business growth. Every connection inside Doers United is intentional, guided by AI that matches members according to their specific goals.
Our members don’t just “attend” — they become part of something bigger, 365 days a year.

Powered by curation and personalisation, our hybrid approach unites world class in-person events with a living digital platform. Relationships keep building long after the stage lights go out, turning into collaborations, investments and revenue. This combination of live experience and always on technology delivers a decisive advantage over event only organisers and mass digital networks.
The Doers Company is led by seasoned entrepreneurs with a track record in building award winning events, scaling technology products and driving community growth internationally.

Our team is passionate about creating real world business value through human connection.
Reflect Festival has scaled from 500 attendees in 2018 to over 9,000 in 2024, with an expected attendance of 10,000+ in 2025. In parallel, Doers Summit launched its first edition in Athens this year with 2,500+ visitors, well above expectations.
Our community continues to grow with thousands of members already engaging with the Doers United community and more than 100 top founders, investors and operators supporting as ambassadors and early adopters.
On the financial side, The Doers Company generated €1.2M revenue in 2024, achieving 100% Year on Year (YoY) growth since 2020. The team has expanded to 16 people, with headcount increasing by 25% annually to support scaling operations across events and platform development.

Platform income carries very low incremental cost compared with physical events, so gross and operating margins expand as the subscription share of revenue rises.
The Doers Company is seeking up to €300,000 through this crowdfunding round. Funds will be applied to three priorities:
Accelerate product development: complete the next release of Doers United, with improved matchmaking and new features for the official July 2025 launch
Scale marketing: grow awareness and conversion for both the membership community and flagship events
Add key talent: hire specialists in sales, tech and community management
This capital positions the company to reach profitability by the end of 2026.
The Doers Company aims to achieve profitability by the end of 2026 and to start distributing profits by 2027. In parallel, each of its individual ventures, Doers Events and Doers United, may independently pursue exit opportunities, offering strategic buyers distinct and attractive acquisition targets, as outlined below.
1. Doers Events
Our flagship conferences already generate meaningful ticket and sponsor revenue and deliver a hard‑to‑replicate founder–investor audience. Media and information groups are actively buying niche event brands to gain new communities, witness the Financial Times purchase of The Next Web (TNW). Global organisers such as Informa, RX (Reed Exhibitions), Bloomberg and Business Insider could gain instant access to Europe–MENA entrepreneurial ecosystems by acquiring a fast‑growing brand like Doers Events.
2. Doers United
The tech‑enabled community produces recurring subscription income and rich data on founders, investors and operators. Large platforms that focus on professional networking, deal flow or founder services, with LinkedIn being the most obvious example, value curated networks because building them organically is slow and costly. As membership scales to the mid thousands, the platform’s independent valuation could match or even surpass the events arm.
Each division could be sold separately or together, offering multiple exit opportunities.
